Location. The Marriott Plaza San Antonio (Texas) is set amid six acres of majestic century old oaks, fountains and gardens in the center of downtown. Guests may also walk a few blocks to spend a leisurely afternoon shopping or enjoying a movie at the famous IMAX Theater.
Hotel Features. The lobby of the Marriott Plaza San Antonio is decorated with plush upholstered chairs, floral arrangements and elegant lighting. A flower garden courtyard provides a picturesque setting for a heated outdoor pool, spa tub, poolside bar and tennis courts. A winding path leads to a large lawn perfect for special events, and additional hotel meeting space includes restored historic buildings. The Anaqua Room, the hotel's in house restaurant, serves breakfast buffets as well as delicious lunch and dinner entrees of pasta, steaks and salads. Additional hotel amenities include a business center and services, 24 hour front desk and concierge, evening room service, event catering, banquet facilities and gift shop. Massage therapy and spa treatments are available in the fitness center. The hotel also provides complimentary chauffeured transportation to the downtown business district including the Riverwalk, San Antonio Convention Center and the Alamo.
